Catching Up - In Pictures

You can't tell by the look on her face, but Anny loves her jogging stroller, she spends an awful lot of time in it between evening walks, cross country meets and football games.
We might have a thumb sucker. I've done my best to prevent it, but I can only be with her so many hours of the day, ya know?
Do you see what I'm dealing with here? Maybe this is why she is such a good baby? I don't want to deal with the trauma of breaking this habit in a few years so we're attempting to nip it in the bud. We don't want another thumb sucker, one was enough.
I had to throw this one in - this is my niece Afton. She turned 8 last month and was baptized. She is such a beautiful girl. I am happy with the way this picture turned out (I took it myself). Thanks for being such a sweet girl, we are so proud of you. Love, your favorite Aunt Stacy.
DANG CUTE FAMILY! I don't know what we did before Anny joined us. This is us on her blessing day.
Anny in her blessing dress that I wore, all my sisters wore, and all my girls and Allison's girls have worn. That dress is 37 years old!!
Me and Anny on her blessing day.
Grams and Anny.
Drew was ordained a deacon that day. We were able to do it at home, just like with Vance's Priest ordination. Thanks to everyone who joined us for Anny and Drew's special day.

The Hornets are 5-0 so far. Drew is a team leader for sure, he is also our QB.
Skylar is a running back? for the Longhorns. They are also 5-0. He has scored a few touchdowns this year, he loves it!
I painted this faux brick wall - kudos to Nicole D. for the instructions - if I can ever get to the pantry wall, my kitchen will be starting to come together.
Anny graduated from her portable crib on the couch downstairs once I knew she would sleep through the night. She now sleeps in her big girl crib in the girls room. She is the best baby ever!

Katy wanted Chinese food for her ditch day and then we went and got our nails done. I love a kid who loves Chinese food and getting her nails done!
I bottled peaches and some pears last week. The pears were too hard so I gave up cause I didn't like peeling them. Thanks to Jana for her help and to Mischelle S. and Rachel L. for coming and doing their VT to Jana while we peeled and cut up fruit, you guys are awesome!!

Is this not one of the cutest babies ever!! Her new do is with a ponytail - it makes her look a little oriental, but it takes care of her wild and out of control hairdo.
She loves to go to football games with me on Saturday. She is so cute in her hat. If the wind doesn't blow, it stays on no problem.
Don't you just love photoshop? I think she needs to be entered in the World's Cutest Baby contest. I think she could win, hands down (no pun intended).

What? She's like 2? months AND she's sleeping through the night, content in a stroller and, has enough hair for a ponytai??? NICE is what that is.

I hate that I just put a comma after "and." I prefer my punctuation errors to be intentional.

OK - I found you, and I am glad. (You are still Stacy Whetten to me-so the Johnson name had me slightly confused!) I did not even know you had another baby. She is adorable. You and Tara are tied in my book for first place as superwoman!

Super cute pictures. I love that Anny wore the same dress as you, your sisters, all of your girls and Allison's girls. That dress has lots of history. You are looking awesome as usual with your new haircut. I hope that your tendonitis heals quickly.
