I'm going to miss Tawny when she goes to school. Everyday when I pick her up and give her loves and hugs, I tell her that I missed her. She always replies that she missed me too. So, when I tell her that I don't know what I'm going to do when she goes to kindergarten next year, her reply? "you'll get over it mom." I'm not sure I will. Maybe it is good that I will have a new baby to distract me.
So, the other day, I mentioned to her that I noticed at preschool they weren't going over the numbers, letters, and sightwords anymore. Her response? "Mom, we're so passed that, now we're learning about the farm and all the animals." Man, I hope she is still this funny as she gets older.
