100 things about me that don't matter

Thanks to Heather for the inspiration, we'll see if there are 100 or not when I'm done...
1. I have really hairy toes - I think I'm part Hobbitt
2. I hate to shave my legs
3. I hate to shower. (I try to do it regularly anyway)
4. Even worse, I hate to bathe - it's like sitting in a pool of your own filthe.
5. I am a sympathy puker my kids know to clean up their own messes or leave it for dad or Marly.
6. I have really bad TMJ and have a headache just about 7 days a week.
7. I have convinced myself that Diet Pepsi is good for me and I need it in my year supply.
8. I like lots and lots of sugar - smarties candy is my favorite.
9. I like to tell people my family is from Mexico and why they went there because sometimes they think we still practice polygamy and the shock value is funny to me.
10. I can sing the Mt. View fight song word for word, but not necesarily note for note. I sing it really loud when I'm at the football games.
11. I hate the color purple except I wear it as eyeliner, don't ask me why.
12. Green is my favorite color
13. I don't like to wash dishes but I love a clean kitchen.
14. I love to clean my bathrooms, especially the toilets.
15. I'm not comfortable wearing skirts or dresses
16. When I wear finger or toenail polish, I feel weirdly feminine.
17. When I spend the money to get a pedi or mani, my house gets trashed because I'm nervous about messing it up so I don't clean, cook, or do laundry, so my house is a mess.
18. I think scrapbooking is too much work so all my pictures are sorted into brown grocery bags at the top of my closet.
19. I think I have memory issues because I can't remember names or faces very well, nor information.
20. I write everything down on sticky notes so I won't forget.
21. When I pray, sometimes I have to look at my list of things to pray for so I won't forget anyone or anything.
22. I love being the mother of teenagers. It is less work and more fun than little babies.
23. I love my little babies but they are a lot of work.
24. Oh, yeah, I don't have any little babies and it is kinda nice.
25. I hate to go shopping for clothes, accessories, etc.
26. I love to grocery shop, especially big trips like Costco.
27. I love to organize my pantry and put everything away and keep it full, it makes me happy.
28. I rarely make my bed because I'm going to get right back in it in a few hours.
29. Why do I still have acne, I thought that was just for young people, not for the young at heart that are too old for them.
30. I've only french kissed two people in my life - I married one of them and the other one's wife might read this and I think that is funny.
31. I have no regrets about any of the boys/men I've ever dated, they've all turned into wonderful men.
32. I like alternative music from the 80's and 90's mostly but it is hard to find.
33. I don't watch t.v. - not that I think people shouldn't, I just don't care about any shows that much.
34. I will say that I do watch HGTV,the Food channel, and TLC when I'm folding laundry or cleaning the kitchen, but I don't actually sit and watch, I just listen.
35. I think people for the most part, don't live up to their potential. I think as a whole, we are more lazy than we want to admit.
36. I don't think my hormones are balanced because I'm not that feminine even though I've been trying lately.
37. Sometimes I think I spend too much time sitting at my computer and that is just as bad as sitting there watching t.v. - I like to read my friends blogs regularly.
38. Sometimes I sit and miss people that have passed away, like my little Grandma Whetten, Grandaddy, and my friend Jennifer. Sometimes I just cry for a few minutes and then I move on.
39. I love to read. If I start reading a book that I really like, I will put everything else off until I'm finished, even sleeping.
40. I require lots of sleep, the 8 hours I got lastnight wasn't enough. I usually am in bed by 9 and fall asleep long before Ben does.
41. I love sushi
42. I don't like sports on t.v. but I like to go to the games and eat yummy stadium food.
43. I still have my letterman jacket from high school but it's too small now.
44. I like to quilt and wish I had more time. I'm saving all the material from the dresses I've made for my girls over the years and I'm going to make them each a quilt when they graduate from high school out of all the scraps.
45. I wish shaving my head was socially acceptable because I hate doing my hair. But, I have really great, thick, healthy hair.
46. Sometimes I wish I had been a pioneer. I know the physical part of it would have been way harder, but they were so focused on their family and the gospel back then. There are too many distractions (bad and good) that take us away from what is really important.
47. I don't watch many movies and I don't watch cartoon movies. But, I love our family movie night every Sunday night and will watch cartoons if that's what gets chosen.
48. I appear to everyone to be so busy that I think sometimes people don't ask me to help with things or go out because they think I won't have time. I've been working on this stupid blog post for 40 minutes now when I could have been doing something productive like folding the 10 loads of laundry sitting on my bed.
49. I love getting older and watching my life unfold and reflecting on where I've been and where I want to be someday.
50. I wish Ben worked from home more often because I feel like a newlywed sometimes when I say that I miss him when he is at work.
51. I hate to run
52. I shattered my ankle a few years back and the Dr. told me that I probably wouldn't ever run again because of the amount of arthritis from the shredded cartilage.
53. I ran a triathalon back in June just to prove the Dr. wrong.
54. I'm running a relay race in February - 187 miles, 12 teammates, should be awesome.
55. My ankle still bothers me but only when I'm not running regularly, weird, huh?
56. I wish my boys were more affectionate like my brother is with our mom.
57. Vance goes on his mission in 4 years
58. I made a goal a long time ago to graduate from college before any of my children did. I hope that works out.
59. I'm not crafty and I'm sad that we don't do more crafts in RS cause that is the only place I would do them.
60. I hate kindergarten, it messes up my day.
61. I thought I would like not having babies anymore, but I kinda miss it.
62. I don't think I suffer from PMS all that bad, but someone told me that I am quite irritable just before.
63. I hate wearing flip flops but I always do cause they're quick and easy.
64. I love cross country meets, track meets, dive meets, football games, cheerleading performances, music recitals, anything my kid is in.
65. I can play the piano (I wish that the Bishop knew that before he called me to the RS)
66. I really love working in the RS, it's just hard and takes a lot of time.
67. I can tell something about every sister in our ward except two or three and there are about 160 sisters.
68. I can't even think of one more uninteresting thing about me, I don't know how you did it, Heather.

Wow that was fun to read! You really don't give yourself enough credit, but I think most moms don't. You are awesome!
