...in doing the wellness challenge, that is. I'm sure you can come up with dozens, but that is neither here nor there.
I don't have a problem with unhealthy snacks or fried food. Sugar is not my downfall, I have had a box of gobstoppers in my purse since January and I only eat a few at a time. I can read my scriptures every day, I tell Ben I love him every morning, and I usually don't eat after 8pm. Exercise is hard everyday, but I like it, it is just about finding the time. In addition, when I exercise, I really do drink lots of water, more than you all think. I eat plenty of veggies and fruits regularly, although I would choose more veggies than fruit.
I have really only one downfall (on the challenge, I mean), and that is my diet pepsi. No soda might be too much for me. I already cracked today. Luckily, I get a FREE day once a week to break a rule. Today, I chose my beloved beverage. The can in the fridge was calling me very loudly and I did good for two whole days. I didn't have a headache, nor was I tired. But, for some reason, today I am super sleepy. To top it off, we are going to the temple tonight and I really don't want to sleep through it, since it is my little sister's first time. So, don't judge me. At the end of this challenge, I will go back to my favorite drink. I love him.

I don't do caffeine, and I don't do diet, but I love soda! Sometimes it's the carbonation that I crave. Have you tried those zero calorie carbonated fruit drinks? I know it ain't no Diet Pepsi, but it's cold, wet, and carbonated.
What challenge are you doing?
Someone told me the other day that diet soda is worse for us than regular soda because it turns into formaldehyde in our body!!
Yup, totally hear ya. I cannot resist my Coke Zero. As long as Josh wakes up to party from about 3 a.m until about 5 a.m - I will need that Coke Zero. Once he sleeps through the night, I MIGHT consider quitting. But no thanks until then.
Three cheers for sweet, sweet carbonation !
Oh, I wish I had heard about your wellness challenge. I really need to get back into those good habits. Good luck!!
The challenge is one that a friend told me about. I bombed it last time and this time I am going to win. As for my diet soda, maybe it will preserve my organs and I will live longer than the rest of you:) Apparently, I'm willing to take my chances.
