Grateful for tender mercies

As I was having a pity party this morning in bed, my kids left for school. I don't know what they were wearing, I didn't do anyone's hair, nobody brushed their teeth, etc...don't judge me. What I do know is that someone was watching out for me because my sweet neighbor Karolee F. sent over cookies (now I don't have to make breakfast for Anny and me) and my other neighbor Jana C. came over and cleaned up the kitchen with me and got me out of my funk. I even heard my kids reading scriptures together and saying family prayer before they all left. Pity party over.

Don't be so hard on yourself, you are a great Mom! The fact that you heard your kids reading scriptures and saying prayers proves it. They were doing good things even without you telling them to, that means they have integrity and someone had to instill that in them. We are so glad that you have good neighbors and friends to help you. Hang in there!

you are super mom overall not just once in a while... You are like money in the bank; and your kids (and lazy husband) know it.

My pity party was yesterday-which was why I had to make cookies! ;-) You're a good Momma!
