Amanda the miracle worker

OK, I have a lot of hair, I know, it is a blessing and a curse. I really should be on one of those before and after shows that Oprah does - or better yet, will someone please nominate me for What Not To Wear t.v. show already? I'm about to the point where I'm going to have to do it myself. I'm embarrassed to even show these pics, but this shout out goes to Amanda, the miracle worker who fixed me up two weeks ago. I actually decided that for my wedding anniversary gift for Ben, I would go get my hair cut. This is in response to Ben mentioning to me that he is tired of my hair being in a ponytail cause he can't touch my head without me stopping him cause he might pull the hair out of the pony and I'd have to spend 30 more seconds putting it back in. There was no "running his fingers through my hair" going on. So, I got on my golf cart with Anny and we drove over and she fixed it so I can't wear a pony anymore. This has its good points and its bad. Good point: I can't be lazy anymore and I have to plan time to take care of my hair. Bad points: I can't be lazy anymore and I have to plan time to take care of my hair. But...I like it so much, I might even go shorter. Good job Sister Friend!

So - Happy Anniversary (back on the 13th) Babe! I'm glad you like it and that you said I looked sexy. I look forward to eternity with you. 17 years has gone by way too fast, I can't believe I've loved you for almost 20 years. I look forward to many more years together - it just keeps getting better.

(Sorry about the poor picture quality)

Who is Kathy? Is that my long lost friend Kathy who was one of my best friends in high school? who lives down the street from my mom now? whom I haven't seen in ages? If you have a blog, I need to know about it ASAP.

Exceptionally cute, Stacy. You're going to love it. But if you're like me, it's not much easier to fix than long hair. (But as long as it LOOKS good, right?)

Tell you what. I'll nominate you for What Not To Wear if 1) you promise to let me borrow shoes after, and 2) you add me to your blogroll so I can feel cooler. jk! ;)

Love your new haircut! The shorter the better...that's my motto anyways.

Since shoes are not my thing, you have a deal. I'll put you on my bloglist right now. It is so outdated, it would take me an hour to put everybody but I really need a new wardrobe!
