Racoon Tails

I have to give a shout out to Melody's Racoon Tails recipe. We made them tonight, and they are so, so, so, yummy!! I added another can of green chile cause we love it, and I ended up using only about half of the cream cheese filling with 4 cans of crescent rolls. I'll buy more crescent rolls and have them again in a few days. Maybe I made them too small? I don't know, but they were delicious!!

It all depends. A lot of times I have extra filling so I do reduce the amounts of cream cheese and the recipe did say 1-2 cans of green chiles. I like to use the "big" crescent roll better becauase you can put more filling in them, but it's really whatever works with this recipe! Yummmmy!!!
